The following terms rule the purchase of our products. We reserve the right to change the purchase terms. • Payment and shipping terms

• Order acceptance
  To make an order you must be 18 years old.
  The order you send us will be bound only when you receive our e-mail in which we confirm that the order has been successfully completed, the payment has been authorised and the products are available. Print the e-mail and keep it. If you don't receive the e-mail with our confirmation, please CONTACT US. None of the information on our site can be considered as an offer. It is simply an invitation to offer.
• Right of withdrawal
  According to the force law no. 185/99 you have the right of withdrawing the contract without any loss and without giving us any explanation, non later than ten working days having passed from the day you have received the products. You must only communicate your intentions of withdrawing the contract (mention the way you would like to be refunded) by a registered letter with an acknowledgement of receipt. Within the same time agreed, you can also send an email (info@rubiniboutique.com), fax (0039 0828 970014), on condition that you send us confirmation by a registered letter with an acknowledgement of receipt within the next 48 hours. Within the time agreed (ten working days) you must return the item in perfect condition with original packaging and accessories. The delivered items should be returned by the consumer at his own charge and on his own responsibility. As soon as we receive the products we will provide for a full refund.
• Shipping terms
  We promise to deliver the products to the carrier as soon as possible. You will be charged the shipping on the basis of the delivery terms chosen.
  The terms mentioned about the delivery options are referred to the time necessary for the product shipping. We will do our best to ship your products within that time, but we are not responsible for any damage occurred during shipment.
• Warranty and assistance
  We warrant the products are not damaged. If you find any defect, you must communicate it within 8 days, by a registered letter with an acknowledgement of receipt.
  We warrant that the products apply to the Italian and European regulations.
• Applicable law
